Billing statements summarize a month of activity on your billing account, including service charges, payments, and credit adjustments. Download a PDF for your records from the Billing page.

Download a statement

  1. Open the account menu and choose Billing.
  2. Scroll to Transactions, where your account history is grouped by month.
  3. Find the month you need and select its printer icon, labeled Print statement.
  4. Save the downloaded PDF, or open it in a PDF viewer to print it.

Each month also lists the transaction dates, descriptions, and amounts directly on the page. Credit entries can include an expiration date.

Statements belong to the signed-in user’s billing account. If someone else pays for your workspace, ask that billing owner for the statement covering its charges.

Read your statement

The PDF includes your account ID, email address, billing address, statement date, and billing period. Its summary shows the beginning balance, service charges, payments, any other adjustments, and the ending balance. Activity is organized into Service Charges, Payments Received, and Other Adjustments, where applicable.

Service charges with the same description are combined in the PDF. Use the transaction list on the Billing page to review individual entries.

A statement is a summary of account activity, not a request for payment. For the current month, it reflects activity recorded so far and uses the current date as the statement date. Download it again after the month ends if you need the completed month’s activity.

Billing details and missing months

The name and address on the PDF come from your default payment method’s billing details when you download it. To correct those details, update your payment method and download the statement again.

Statements are available for months with transactions. If the page says No transaction history found, there is no recorded activity to show. If an expected charge is missing, check that you are signed in to the account responsible for the workspace’s billing. Contact us if you still need help locating a statement.

Download through the API
