Manage your saved cards in Profile → Billing, under Payment Methods. Payment methods belong to your billing account. The list shows each card’s brand, last four digits, expiration date, cardholder name, and billing address.

Add a card

  1. Select Add Card.
  2. Enter the cardholder name and billing address, including the country and postal code.
  3. Enter the card number, expiration date, and security code in the secure card fields.
  4. Select Save and complete any verification requested by your card issuer.

Agiler uses Stripe to collect and verify card details. Wait for the secure fields to load before submitting the form.

A newly added card becomes the default card. Previously saved cards remain in your payment methods list. Adding a card does not itself purchase credits; use Add Credits on the Billing page when you want to fund your account.

Choose the default card

Select Set as default card beside the card you want to use. The selected card is marked Default Card.

The default card is used for credit purchases and automatic reloads. Check this selection before buying credits or enabling auto reload. See Credits and auto-reload for funding options.

Update billing details or expiration

  1. Select Edit card beside the saved card.
  2. Update the cardholder name, billing address, expiration month, or expiration year.
  3. Select Save.

The card number is read-only when editing. If your replacement card has a different number, add it as a new card, confirm that it is the default, and then remove the old card.

Cards approaching expiration are marked Expiring; cards past their expiration date are marked Expired. Keep the default card’s details current so it can be used for future payments.

Remove a card

Select Delete card beside the card, then confirm with Delete. The card will no longer be available for billing.

If you remove the default card while other cards remain, another saved card becomes the default. Review the list afterward to confirm which card will be charged. If you remove every card, you must add a card before you can purchase credits or use auto reload.

If a card cannot be saved

Check the error shown in the form, correct the card details, and complete any issuer verification. If the secure fields fail to load, refresh the page and try again. For a temporary saving error, retry later; if it persists, contact support.
