Agiler uses prepaid, usage-based billing. Add credits to your billing account, and your projects’ resource usage is deducted from that balance. There is no fixed hosting plan to choose.
What you pay for
Your charges come from four types of usage:
| Resource | What is measured |
|---|---|
| PHP execution | Worker execution time |
| Requests | Requests handled by your projects |
| Data transfer | Outgoing data sent by your projects |
| Storage | Site files, database data, and backups, measured over time |
MariaDB is included; the database’s stored data contributes to storage charges. See Pricing for rates in USD and Understand your usage for more about each resource.
Storage continues to accrue while a project retains data, including while the project is disabled. Usage is processed periodically, so your displayed balance may not yet include the most recent activity.
Who pays for a project
Each workspace has a billing owner. Usage from every project in that workspace is charged to that person’s billing account. If you are the billing owner of several workspaces, their charges draw from the same account balance.
Joining a workspace does not make you responsible for its charges. See Workspace billing ownership to check or transfer responsibility.
Manage your balance
Open Billing from your profile. The page shows your Account Id, current Balance, payment methods, budget settings, and transactions.
Use Add Credits to buy more credit. Automatic charges are disabled by default. You can enable Auto reload to charge your payment method when the balance falls below a threshold and replenish it to a target amount. For example, a $5 threshold and $10 target means reloading enough to bring the balance back to $10.
See Credits and auto reload and Payment methods for setup instructions. Keep a positive balance to avoid service interruptions when credits run out.
Track spending
Credit purchases add to your balance; usage charges reduce it. Transactions are grouped by month, and you can download a monthly statement from Billing. See Statements for details.
A monthly budget tracks usage spending separately from the amount of credit you buy. You can set percentage-based alerts and enable automatic project stops when the budget is exceeded. See Budgets to configure these controls, especially if you use auto reload.
