Credits fund your billing account. Project usage reduces your balance, and purchases add to it. Automatic charges are disabled by default; enable auto reload if you want Agiler to replenish your balance automatically.
Buy credits
- Open Billing from your profile.
- Add a payment method if you have not saved one, and check which card is the default.
- Under Balance, select Add Credits.
- Enter a Credit Amount between $5 and $5,000 USD.
- Review the total and select Buy Credits.
The purchase uses your default card. Your balance and transaction history update after the payment completes.
If you see Confirming your payment, the payment is still processing. The page checks for the updated balance automatically, and Agiler emails you if the payment does not go through. Wait for confirmation before making another purchase for the same top-up.
Enable auto reload
You need a saved payment method before enabling auto reload.
- On the Billing page, turn on Auto reload.
- In Auto Reload Settings, enable Auto reload credits.
- Set Threshold to the balance that should trigger a reload.
- Set Amount to the balance you want to restore.
- Select Update.
Both amounts must be between $5 and $5,000 USD, and the target amount must be greater than the threshold.
The Amount is the target balance, rather than a fixed charge for each reload. For example, with a $5 threshold and a $20 target, a balance of $4 results in a $16 charge to your default card. Reloads are processed periodically when the balance is below the threshold, so the charge depends on the balance at that time.
Change or disable auto reload
Select Edit settings beside the enabled auto reload description to change the threshold or target. Select Update to save your changes.
To stop future automatic reloads, turn off Auto reload on the Billing page. You can continue buying credits manually.
Auto reload can make repeated purchases as you use credits. Pair it with a monthly budget and alerts to manage usage spending.
Monitor your balance
Keep a positive balance to avoid service interruptions when credits run out. If a payment fails, check your payment methods and any billing notifications, then add enough credit to restore a positive balance.
Some credits have an expiration date, shown beside the credit in your transaction history. Review these dates when planning your next purchase. See Statements to download monthly billing records and How billing works to understand which projects use your balance.
